For Some Business Opportunities?
Our passion at Knowledge Director is to simplify,
accelerate and enhance technology-based learning
for every one. That’s where partners come
in! We are seeking qualified organisations to be
part of the KD family and your organisation may
just be what we are looking for!
Distribution Partners
The primary emphasis on distribution partners is
on the selling and implementation of Knowledge Director
products. Three types of partnerships are available
under this category.

Knowledge
Associate Partner
Who’s
suitable?
Small,
independent sales consultants who lack the
technical skills to implement our products.
What
am I supposed to do?
An
associate simply refers opportunities to Knowledge
Director.
What
do I get?
Qualified
leads can earn a finder’s fee based
on subsequent software sales. |

Reseller Partner (VAR)
What
am I supposed to do?
Reseller partners sell
our products and offer pre and post-sale consulting
services to end-users. The primary emphasis
is on selling and implementing our products.
What do I get?
Receive product sales
discounts that allow you to earn profit on
software re-sold to end-users! |

Distribution Partner
What
am I supposed to do?
Similar to reseller
partners, distribution partners are also responsible
for representing Knowledge Director’s
operations within a specific region.
What do I get?
Receive product sales
discounts that allow you to earn profit on
software re-sold to end-users. |
Our Technology Partners
Technology Partners have the resources
to offer more than just the product. The main emphasis
on technology partners is to sell services, rather
than the product. Four types of partnerships are
available under this scheme.

Alliance Partner
Who’s
suitable?
Service organisations
that offer software implementation services
to corporate end customers.
What am I supposed to
do?
Sell services, not products.

who have the ability to deliver a “total
solutions” approach by identifying,
qualifying and selling opportunities to end-users.
What am I supposed to
do?
Integrate technology

Integrator Partner
Who’s
suitable?
Application developers
that engage in direct sales but do not wish
to engage in a full OEM relationship. This
partnership allows a third party to provide
the learningDIRECTOR™ software in its
own products.

technology into applications and provide a
variety of value-added services to end customers,

Technology Referral Partner
Who’s
suitable?
Consulting, system integrator
or application developers that engage in direct
sales but not in any of the above partnership
schemes.
What am I supposed to
do?
This partnership allows
for a “joint” agreement based
on complementary technologies. The key emphasis
is on complementary sales with both parties
referring and passing over the sale of the
partner’s product to each other. In
addition, the technology partner will outsource
the provision of value-added services to end-customers
to Knowledge Director. |
